Candidates should have an excellent grasp of the sales process, have effective communication skills and be self starters hungry to reach and beat pre-set sales targets. Some experience within the fitness industry would be an advantage as would marketing experience. In return we offer a basic salary of £18,000 (plus £2,500 per annum London weighting in Dartford) with an OTE of between £45,000 and £50,000 a year.
