Your masters course modules
The Masters in Personal Training is a cutting-edge course for REPs Level 3 Advanced Instructors. Using the Premier Web Training System©, the Masters programme teaches a new set of principles that the personal trainer can apply in or out of the gym.
Through Resisted Movement Training (RMT) and Movement Based Flexibility (MBF), students learn to enhance the general training experience and broaden their exercise repertoire. This includes correction of movement dysfunctions through advanced resistance and flexibility based exercises.
Masters course content:
The Masters in Personal Training is made up of 2 distinct modules:
Both modules are designed for home study through Premier’s CD / DVD-ROM distance learning programme. Home study is supported by 2 days of live workshops.
Note: these courses can also be taken separately.Assessment:An online exam to be completed with each module
Entry requirements:The Masters in Personal Training is an advanced course for established health & fitness professionals – so students will need a REPs accredited Level 3 Advanced Instructor Award.
Course duration:As with any distance learning course, students work at their own pace - but the course typically lasts between 6 - 12 months.
