Resisted Movement Training covers the following areas:
The Kinetic Chain – the neuromusculoskeletal system
Movement Based Anatomy
Corrective Exercise
Kinetic Chain Assessment
Principles of flexibility
Programme design - training principles and the ‘Web Training System’
This course is designed for home study through Premier’s CD / DVD-ROM distance learning programme. Students will also practice resisted movement training in a 1-day live workshop.

Entry requirements:
The Certificate in Resisted Movement Training is an advanced course for established health & fitness professionals – so students will need a REPs accredited Level 3 Advanced Instructor Award.
Course duration:
As with any distance learning course, students work at their own pace - but the course typically lasts between 3 - 6 months.
