Ben McDonald, lecturer for Premier, is the brains behind the Underground Equipment Training workshop and will head up the team during the day.
Ben has competed in a wide array of sports including aikido, board diving, fencing and boxing. Following his sporting achievements he went on to become a successful personal trainer, build an outstanding PT business and to train elite athletes.
Ben has produced leading seminars, has had numerous articles published in national health and fitness magazines and been consulted as a TV fitness expert. He currently lectures for Premier Training and has presented his unique training methods both nationally and internationally. Ben is also the author of Premier’s ground breaking Power Club and Total Padwork certifications.
