Low Back Pain Course

4 out of 5 adults will suffer back pain at some point in their lives. This Level 4 course will enable you to become part of the solution to this major health issue and to capitalise on the considerable market opportunity that it represents.

It is undoubtedly the case, that there is an increasing crossover between some of the knowledge and skills that would have previously been seen as the preserve of physical therapists (e.g. sports therapists, physiotherapists and osteopaths) and that of the health and fitness professional. Many Personal Trainers, for instance, now regularly perform postural assessments and prescribe corrective exercises around these assessments.

With this in mind, as well as increasing your credibility and earning potential as a Level 4 Personal Trainer, this course will give you the ability to integrate a number of physical therapy related assessments and exercises within a gym environment and open your eyes to the future of personal training.
