This is a vocationally related qualification (VRQ), to be accredited at Level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework. It is also recognised by REPs at Level 3. This qualification is aimed at advanced instructors wishing to broaden their skills and run health related exercise sessions for pre and post natal participants.

- Premier Certificate in Exercise Prescription for Pre and Post Natal Clients
- Active IQ Certificate in Exercise Prescription for Pre and Post Natal Clients
- 20 REPs CPD points
- Graduates of this course qualify for membership of the Guild of Pregnancy/Post Natal Exercise Instructors.

Entry Requirements
A Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction qualification or equivalent (e.g. ETM) as listed and recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
Length and Format of Course
The course includes 1 workshop day and is supported by online learning materials. It is estimated that the course will take 4 - 6 weeks to complete.
