The Corrective Exercise is part of Premier’s Masters Pathway. Master Pathways enable you to specialise in a chosen area, whilst giving you the option to fulfil your REPs CPD requirements for the following 3 years.
Modern working and leisure pursuits often do little to promote healthy human function which is reflected in dysfunctional postures and related muscular or joint pain. As testament to this we live in a society where 4 out of 5 adults will suffer with low back pain at some point in their lives.
The Corrective Exercise Masters pathway will enable you to become a champion of the fight against these negative lifestyle inputs. It will provide you with the advanced knowledge and skills you will need to perform meaningful postural assessments and to prescribe targeted corrective exercises to promote health and wellbeing.
Those completing this pathway will become experts in the science of human movement and be much sought after by those clients looking for Personal Trainers who genuinely understand how exercise can work for them.

How to purchase a Masters Package
It is recommended that you enrol on one course at a time. To benefit from the Master Pathway Package price you will need to add your chosen package to the basket from the table below. Once you have purchased your package you will be enrolled on your chosen Master Pathway. You will then be contacted by a Premier Representative, between 3 – 5 working days, to discuss your first course and your nearest Premier venue for the attendance elements of the course.
