The Special Populations is part of Premier’s Masters Pathway. Master Pathways enable you to specialise in a chosen area, whilst giving you the option to fulfil your REPs CPD requirements for the following 3 years.
Despite the scientific evidence that links physical inactivity to many of the leading causes of disease and disability in our society, a large proportion of the population do not undertake sufficient activity to benefit their health.
This clinically orientated Masters pathway will allow the qualified Personal Trainer to work with a number of specialist at risk groups in developing appealing and achievable exercise programmes, which will move them toward an improved health status and allow them to manage their condition.
The qualifications provided will enable graduates to effectively interact with other health care professionals, from GPs to osteopaths, thereby enhancing their professional credibility and opening up other potential sources of income.

Entry Requirements
To enrol on a Master Pathway you must have successfully completed the Diploma in Personal Training or have a Level 3 equivalent qualification. If you are unsure or need more advice, please contact the Premier Customer Service Team on 0845 1 90 90 90.
How to purchase a Masters Package
It is recommended that you enrol on one course at a time. To benefit from the Master Pathway Package price you will need to add your chosen package to the basket from the table below. Once you have purchased your package you will be enrolled on your chosen Master Pathway. You will then be contacted by a Premier Representative, between 3 – 5 working days, to discuss your first course and your nearest Premier venue for the attendance elements of the course.
