Course content
Starting with an overview of how personal trainers currently sell, the course then examines the problems that are now developing and will continue to get worse with the increasing number of Personal Trainers getting qualified.
It guides the Personal Trainer through a four-stage system that will make selling to clients easier and more enjoyable by removing any pressurized sales techniques. The four stages are:
Stage 1 - highlights the difference between creating a need and creating a want
Stage 2 - involves selling the journey and how personal trainers do not always appreciate how important it is to align the journey to the goal
Stage 3 - explains how to negotiate so that everyone is happy with the outcome, and how the method of payment can affect sales
Stage 4 – how to get a referral from a new client and create new business by selling to previous potential clients who have not signed up
