Course content
Walk into any health club or private training studio, and you will see trainers stretching clients. But are they doing it correctly? Are they being safe? Do they know which muscle they are stretching and are they explaining the benefit of what they are doing to their clients? Once you take this program and practice the technique presented, you will do all these things and more! This program will give you many skills and tools:
- To understand the basics of stretching, including the purpose and the science behind the principles.
- To know whether the active isolated principle is right to use for a specific client.
- To be able to talk with clients about why they may or may not need stretching.
- To stretch the major muscle groups of the lower and the upper body.
- To offer your clients a better training session by correctly incorporating stretching into your programs.
- To be a better qualified trainer and more marketable in your health club and business.
In this personal, interactive workshop with Annette, you will experience:
- Almost 3 hours of Audio Visual Presentations, with more than 40 detailed PowerPoint slides and links to video clips.
- 14 exercise video clips with detailed descriptions.
- 20 pages of course text you can print and make notes as you listen and watch the presentation.
- The ability to come back and view these AV presentations as many times as you want.
- A multiple choice and true/false test, which you can retake 4 times and print your Certificate of Completion.
