Functional Anatomy and Human Motion Part 2

The Functional Anatomy and Human Motion series provides an in-depth perspective of the characteristics of human motion and the integrated relationship of muscles and joints. This course exposes the difference between the traditional textbook description of muscle actions and how the muscles ACTUALLY function in a three dimensional world. A thorough analysis of muscle function will demonstrate that we move quite differently than traditional training has taught. This course will provide precise criteria for movement that can be characterized as truly functional!
