One of the UK’s best personal trainers, Josh Warrell shares his story

Josh WarrellJosh Warrell enjoyed his job as a carpenter but felt something was missing. After spending most of his free time at the gym, Josh began to realise that his passion for a healthy lifestyle might translate into a rewarding career. Looking for the flexibility and enjoyment of a career in the health and fitness industry, Josh signed up to study the Level 3 International Diploma in Advanced Personal Training with Premier and hasn’t looked back.

As a personal trainer Josh has achieved an awful lot in four years. He was voted one of the UK’s best Personal Trainers in Escape Fitness’ ‘So you think you can PT’ competition. Josh demonstrated his personal training skills at this year’s Leisure Industry Week and has just received his second award as one of David Lloyd’s personal trainer heroes.

On his time with Premier, Josh said: "Premier has helped me to develop a career that I am very proud of. I have always spent a lot of time in the gym, but it was only when I looked into Premier Training that I became fully aware of the potential career opportunities for someone like me in the industry. I would most definitely not be where I am now without the support and teaching of Premier Training and my Active IQ qualifications and I am really excited about the future."
