David Woods
Centre Manager and Lecturer
David Woods has a background in gym instruction, personal training, G.P. referral schemes and strength and conditioning. He studied Sport and Leisure Studies at the University of Ulster at Jordanstown and went on to work as a gym instructor before switching to a career in personal training and G.P. referral schemes. He joined Premier in 2007 as a lecturer in fitness, after qualifying with a P.G.C.E. from the University of Huddersfield. He now looks after the Certificate in Gym Instruction and Personal Training modules. He enjoys sports, martial arts and travel. His enthusiasm and passion makes him an inspiration to all his students.
