Taster Days
Ensuring that you get the very best insight into the courses we deliver, here at the Glasgow venue, we offer taster days that allow you to practically get involved in a mixture of our courses, including the likes of our International Diploma in Advanced Personal Training, Powerclubs, Kettlebells, ViPR training and much more. These days are designed to give you a first hand view of some of the courses we offer free of charge!

Open Days
At a Glasgow health and fitness careers open day or evening, make an informal appointment at the training venue to meet with our Careers Advisor and Trainers to gather more course information, see the facilities and discuss all of your options from changing career to simply supplementing existing knowledge. In addition you will be able to discuss finance options. Seeing is believing, so if you want to sample a session at a training venue mixing with the current students and seeing what a course is really like you may book your place on one of our taster days.
