Jean Schutte - Careers Advisor
Jean has a background in personal training. He studied Sport and Exercise Science in South Africa and went on to work as a personal trainer in the UK before switching to a career in sales within the health and fitness industry. He joined Premier in 2007 as a Careers Advisor and now looks after the Dartford facility. He enjoys rugby, cricket and is a keen touch rugby player. His guidance, motivation and passion for fitness makes him an integral part of the team in Dartford.
Jo Green - Centre Manager
Jo graduated from Loughborough University with a MSc in Sports Science in 1989. She went on to work as an Exercise Physiologist for Bupa Health Services from 1990 to 1997 where she taught and advised nursing staff on all aspects of fitness testing and lifestyle issues. She was employed by Premier in 1998 after completing the Diploma in Personal Training. Jo moved from Centre Manager at Premier's London Academy in September 2006 and is responsible for lecturing on the fitness and nutrition modules within the Diploma in Personal Training.
Sarah Adams - Sports Massage Therapy Trainer
Sarah has a background in massage, personal training and CHEK (II) practitioning. She studied Personal Training with Premier and went on to study Sports Massage at the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage and further studies for Postural Realignment and Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching with the CHEK Institute. She has worked in the health & fitness industry since 2001. As well as teaching she has a practice at Yourlife Clinic in Fleet. She joined Premier in 2007 as a Sports Massage Therapy Trainer and now looks after the therapy courses in Guildford as well as assisting on the Gym Instructor and Personal Training courses there. Aside from working she loves functional free weight training, playing capoeira and learning languages. Sarah has an infectious, positive energy which draws out the best in her students and clients.
