Our rooms and pricing are all inclusive. Suitable for meetings, workshops, conferences, auditions, photo/video shoots and courses.
Each room hire includes tea, coffee and water available on a self service basis, as well as a flipchart, pad and pens. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.

Payment / cancellation policyA non refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance payable 14 days prior to the hire date. Any bookings made within 14 days of the hire date require full payment at the time of booking. Payment can be made in cash, cheque, credit/debit card.
Cancellations made in writing prior to 14 days of the hire date incur the charge of the non refundable deposit. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days, charged at 50%, less than 7 days, charged at 75% and less than 48 hours charged at 100%.
Car parkingCar parking facilities are offered at our sister complex, City North, which has 24 hour security. An hourly, daily or weekly car parking rate can be applied for, details of which can be found by contacting the security office directly on 0207 2727429.
