Gregory Isaacs - Fitness Trainer
Gregory was a fitness trainer for fifteen years before joining Premier as a Fitness Trainer in 2000. He has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from Brunel University as well as a degree in Biology. He is also a qualified RSA Exercise to Music instructor, BAWLA instructor and has a Certificate in Social Care.
Polly-Jo Frankfort - Careers Advisor
Polly has a background in health service management and audit. In 2004 she qualified as a gym instructor and completed her training with the Premier Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy modules. Before long she had built up a large client base and was working full time in the industry. Polly also teaches a variety of studio-based classes. Continuing her career development she become the leisure club manager in a corporate gym for a large supermarket chain. Polly joined Premier in 2008 working as a careers advisor. She has invaluable experience in many aspects of the fitness industry and is therefore able to ensure others benefit from her knowledge.
Tyrone Mathews - Sports Massage Therapy Trainer/Centre Manager
Tyrone has a background in Sports Massage Therapy. He studied Sports Therapy at Aylesbury College and Abingdon College and set up a successful Sports Massage Therapy clinic in 1999. He has also worked as a therapist with a number of football clubs including Aylesbury United, Hemel Hempstead Town and Luton Town U16’s and U18’s. Tyrone started teaching in 2001 due to a deep seated desire to pass on his knowledge and passion of helping or healing injured athletes. “I still get a buzz from successfully treating an athlete so they can resume their participation in sport”, he says. Tyrone joined Premier in 2007 as a Sports Massage Therapy Trainer and likes to "enthuse and inspire [his] students to become good sports massage therapists".
