The Level 2 Gym Instructor course enables successful candidates to work as a qualified Fitness Instructor specialising in gym-based exercise. The course covers essential topics such as Anatomy & Physiology, programme design and instructional skills.

The Level 3 Personal Training qualification covers essential elements of becoming a Personal Trainer. Successful achievement of this qualification will certify the delegate as a qualified Personal Trainer and will lead to work as a PT in an employed or self employed capacity.

The Level 4 Advanced Personal Training qualification takes the concept of Personal Training to new heights. This qualification covers advanced elements of being a PT such as periodisation, advanced training and evidence based practice. This qualification is the highest level of PT certification on the market. 

This Level 2 Award in Nutrition gives a basic overview of some important nutritional components and explores the concept of healthy eating. The course covers the importance of a healthy diet and re enforces the Government healthy eating guidelines. 

The Active IQ Level 3 Nutrition qualification (which is the same unit that is embedded into Level 3 Personal Training) covers the fundamental knowledge needed by a Personal Trainer in accordance with healthy government guidelines. 

The RSPH Level 4 Award in Nutrition covers the concept of nutrition from an advanced perspective. This course explores key concepts of advanced nutrition and provides successful candidates with the knowledge to provide nutritional advice and guidance for a range of clients. 

This qualification, titled Level 3 Supporting Clients with Long-term Conditions, is the latest Level 3 GP Referral qualification on the market. This course covers all essential elements of the GP referral process and also looks at how to help clients with controlled chronic conditions (e.g. obesity, diabetes, osteoperosis etc) through exercise.

This qualification will qualify existing exercise professionals to work with pre & post natal clients within the scope of their practice. The qualification covers physiological changes during pregnancy as well as safety considerations and how to plan a safe and effective session for each trimester.

This qualification provides awareness of the important topic of mental health. It will explore common mental health conditions and look at things that can help (e.g. breathing, relaxation, exercise) as well as sign posting to professional support.
