This Level 4 qualification is aimed at Level 3 qualified fitness instructors, personal trainers and exercise referral instructors and focuses on how to manage obesity and diabetes using exercise, lifestyle and nutritional strategies. It evaluates a range of traditionally accepted and progressive strategies surrounding obesity and diabetes management and provides a series of scientifically supported answers to tackle bulging waistlines and blood glucose management whilst restoring health and vitality.
Designed in a way to meet your particular circumstances, time constraints and preferred learning style, this qualification is structured using a blend of online, paper based and face-to-face delivery.
The qualification includes interactive, online home study modules, a live one day workshop and further live assessment day. The live assessment day will take place approximately six weeks after the workshop. And, you’ll be fully supported before, during and after the course.
Overall, the course will take approximately 8-10 weeks to complete. Please note that you will need to have regular access to the internet to complete the qualification.
