Our support will continue even after you become a personal trainer. You will continue to have access to our Success Coaches. Content will also continue to be available for two years from first activation of your enrollment key, enabling you to refresh your knowledge by re-watching webinars and reviewing videos and learning documents. You’ll also have the option to take the NASM-CPT test and become qualified to practice internationally.
The course covers two parts, the Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing and the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training for Optimum Performance qualification, totalling 19 lectures via live webinars (totalling 32 hours) and self-study*.
LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN FITNESS INSTRUCTING
The Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing qualification will take 5 weeks* to complete. It comprises 8 lectures via live webinars (totalling 13.5 hours) and self-study of the following 6 mandatory units.
LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL TRAINING FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE
The Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training for Optimum Performance qualification takes 7 weeks* to complete. It comprises 11 lectures via live webinars (totalling 18.5 hours) and self-study of the following 9 mandatory units.
*Based on our recommended study plan. You may decide to personalise your own pace – speak to a Success Coach if you want to do this.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but students will need to have a basic level of English and Maths to understand the content.
The Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training for Optimum Performance qualifies you to work as a personal trainer either within a gym or in a self-employed capacity.
As a personal trainer you will collect and analyse client information to design and implement exercise programmes for clients’, as well continually motivate them to help them achieve their individual goals.
