NASM Women’s Fitness Specialists will be able to train women of all ages and body types – including younger, pre- and post natal and older women – using the Optimum Performance Training™ (OPT™) model, plus principles of good nutrition to help them stay fit and healthy.
The NASM Women’s Fitness Specialisation is a CPD and you’ll earn a level four equivalent qualification, along with an NCCA accredited USA based certification.
This course is hosted entirely online via the NASM US website. There is also an online exam held at the conclusion of the course.
