The Optimum Performance Training Workshop is a skill-based workshop equipping personal trainers with abilities to assess, programme, and train clients with various needs and goals. Through hands-on work, foundational concepts are learned and applied. It provides the essential skills in manageable steps, making them easy to understand and apply.

There are no pre-requisites for the workshop. However,we recommend that you have completed a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training for Optimum Performance, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) course or an NASM Specialisation before doing this course.
