Building rapport with your clients helps you earn their trust and make them feel comfortable to share their personal goals and motivations. The key point is to identify information which you can use to gain their trust and commitment.

Help you prospective clients be aware of the emotions and dissatisfaction around their current state. This will help you lead your clients from emotional agreement to logical justification.
