For our Continual Professional Development (CPD) courses, payments are made in full by booking online through our website, or by calling our Course Advisers team on 020 3873 7512. Premier Global NASM offers an interest-free installment plan (0%) to enable you to spread the cost of your course fee over 11 months.

You can also pay for the course in installments. The installment plan requires you to sign up to a Fixed-Sum loan agreement and sign a direct debit mandate for the repayment. You can if you wish, settle the loan balance early by making additional payments at any time. There is no extra charge for earlier repayment. Yes. You can secure your place by paying a deposit, which will then come off the remaining cost of the course. Depending on your chosen course, you may also need to pay in full at the point of enrolment.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days after the day we email you to confirm we accept your application to change your mind about attending the training course.

To end the contract with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:

Yes, all Premier Global NASM qualifications are accredited by CIMSPA, meaning they are recognised anywhere in the UK and beyond. The health and fitness industry has worked hard to establish Fitness Membership Registers across the world allowing people with UK accredited qualifications to move abroad and register with the local register, ensuring your qualifications are truly transferable.

At Premier, we recognise qualifications from many other training providers. Depending on your qualification, you may be able to get a discount on the course or just take a particular module to further your knowledge and improve on your current qualification. If you are looking to get the Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training course, then you would need to take the entire course, but we may be able to offer a discount if you have covered parts of the course in previous qualifications.

To claim this accreditation for prior learning you will need to provide evidence in the form of the original certificate when enrolling onto the course. Depending on your prior learning, a reduction in fees may be applied, however it is best to speak with your Course Adviser to discuss your specific situation.

No, not for the Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training course. However, we do recommend that you complete a CPR course within six months of graduating.

Students who wish to enrol onto a University course would need to contact UCAS to help them work through this process. When completing the UCAS form, applicants need to highlight achievement of the Awarding Organisation Active IQ (AIQ) fitness qualification in their personal statement. This is because AIQ qualifications have been matched with occupational standards set by the QCA (Qualifications Curriculum Authority), an organisation more familiar to UCAS than Premier Global NASM.

Salaries vary within the industry, however fitness instructors employed at one of the more recognised health and fitness clubs can expect to receive a salary starting between £18,000-£25,000 per year. Instructors who have more advanced fitness training skills, including the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, will earn significantly more.

Upon completion of one of our Personal Trainer courses, many students follow a self-employed career path. In this situation, Personal Trainers could charge anything from £30-£70 per hour depending upon location. A successful self-employed Personal Trainer can earn well in advance of £50,000 per year. Premier Global NASM helps students find employment opportunities through our Recruitment Team.

CIMSPA & ACTIVE IQ

CIMSPA is the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity. It is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, providing leadership, support and empowerment for professionals working in the sector. The institute’s vision is: “To develop a vibrant, UK-wide sport and physical activity sector, led by professionals providing advocacy and leadership and working in partnership with stakeholders to help ensure the highest standards of service delivery”. In its recent sports strategy document, the government tasked CIMSPA to lead on increasing the professionalisation of our sector’s workforce, and this backing has been explicitly reinforced by the recent Towards an Active Nation Sport England strategy. To help achieve this goal, CIMSPA is introducing a policy which will require most members to complete a defined amount of CPD per membership subscription year, at a level relevant to their membership category.

Continuous professional development (CPD) is the practice of undertaking additional learning through courses, workshops or conferences or taking part in other activities which confirm that their knowledge, understanding and skills are suitable for their role in our sector.

PREMIER GLOBAL NASM DIPLOMA, LEVEL 2 AND LEVEL 3 COURSE FAQS

GENERAL FAQS

Your Premier Global NASM Diploma course provides you an enrolment duration for both the exam and content of 180 days from enrolment key activation.

After the initial 180 days enrolment, you will no longer have access to the course. This means, at that time, you will lose the ability to reference all videos, activities, quizzes, and resources from the course. You will be able to pay an extension fee to extend your course access, taking it no further than the maximum 365 days from enrolment key activation.

Please note, the courses will have a completion deadline of 365 days from date you activated your enrolment key and can not be extended past this timeframe. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Note: This course extension option is only available for the Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing, Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. Each course extension will be processed before it is approved to ensure the maximum course duration is not exceeded, as your course will have an expire date.

Within 1 business day of your date of purchase, you will receive a Welcome email that will provide you with your general log-in and course access information. After you have completed the outlined steps, you may then access your Student Portal and select your course session start date.

We have new groups starting on two Tuesdays per month and regular Saturday starts. Pick the date that works best with your schedule and get ready to start learning!

If you have fallen behind on your group and wish to have Live Webinars and Tutor support please contact the Student Success Coach’s who can help you select a different group that meets your needs.

Please note, picking a new group will not extend your enrolment expiration date and a course transfer fee may apply. When changing your group, any work you complete will always be available for you to view within the course. The system does not remove any submissions. You will only need to submit assignments from the point you left off in your previous session. All new submissions will be available for marking by your Tutor.

No, this is required to stay for auditing purposes. However, you can re-submit any assignment and have unlimited attempts on all module quizzes.

The Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing and Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training exams are completed online through your Learning platform and can be found within your course under the relevant modules. All exams you take will have a different set of questions and a set time limit for completion, please check your course submissions weeks for further on the time and total number of questions. If you need to re-sit the exam you can purchase the Exam Re-test voucher online.

The Student Success Coaches are here to make your study process as smooth as possible. They are available to answer any questions you may have while you are participating in the course and will help you stay on track with your studying. CPT EXAM INFORMATION

The NASM CPT is professionally endorsed by both CIMSPA and Active IQ. As the programme utilises a science based training system and methodology, and contains specialist learning involving detailed analysis of a high level of information, it can be viewed as a Level 4 equivalent qualification in the UK. Our recommendation is that the NASM CPT should be undertaken by a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training graduate, after they have worked in the field for at least 6-12 months, gaining relevant practical experience training clients. Premier Global NASM refers to trainers who have completed both the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training + the NASM CPT as “Elite Trainers” – opening up progression pathways to more elite, advanced specialisms such as Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance.

There are 120 test questions, in which 20 are research questions and do not count toward or against the final score. There is a 2-hour time limit and you must pass with a 70% or better.

The NASM CPT Premium Self Study purchased through Premier Global NASM offers you a practice exam available to you for the duration of your enrollment period. You can locate the practice exam via your NASM Student Portal.

The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) contracted with Professional Examination Service (Pro Exam) to conduct a practice analysis of Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) in 2015. This practice analysis study defines the current knowledge, skills and abilities that must be demonstrated by entry-level credential holders to safely and successfully practice. This study also serves as the “blueprint” for determining the content (performance domains) for the certification exam(s). The NASM CPT exam blueprint can be found here.

CPT EXAM/TESTING INFORMATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Yes, NASM|AFAA does offer Special Accommodations. NASM|AFAA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. In order to ensure the opportunity for all qualified persons, we will make reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities that might affect their exam taking. Note: Not all Exam Accommodations can be approved for Live Remote Proctoring and may require you to test in-person at a testing facility.

At the time of your exam, you are required to present the following documentation. Both credentials will be verified by the proctor before you are permitted to begin the exam.

  1. A valid, current government-issued Photo ID
  2. Current and valid Cardiopulminary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification*. Failure to provide proof of your valid CPR/AED certification at the time of your test will result in a mandatory rescheduling of your exam.

Premier Global NASM recommends the following organisations: Red Cross, St John’s Ambulance, Premier Training First Aid, First Aid for Life, Association of First Aiders, Safety First Aid Training and or any other OfQual recognised provider. Currently, all CPR/AED require hands-on assessment.

The standard requirement for a CPR/AED course requires that the training include a hands-on assessment; Hybrid courses are accepted.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NASM is temporarily waiving the hands on skills assessment requirement and accepting online only CPR/AED courses. This waiver applies to exam candidates and professionals recertifying their credentials. This waiver will be in effect until the CDC and government recommendations for social distancing have been lifted in the United States. Once the social distancing orders have been lifted, there will be a 60 day window before the hands on requirement will be reinstated.

NASM recommends that anyone who certified or recertified during the Waiver Period obtain the hands-on skills assessment once available to avoid any insurance or liability issues which could arise due to the lack of such training.

SCHEDULING YOUR EXAM WITH PSI

You will be eligible to schedule your exam typically within 1-2 business days after signing up with NASM. You can schedule your exam and choose your testing method (in-person or remote) by following the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Student Portal and access the "Proctored Exams" menu option
  2. Within the "Unscheduled" tab, choose the exam you wish to schedule for and click the "Schedule" button
  3. You will be redirected to the Proctor Candidate website where you will be able to begin the scheduling process. Note: You will be required to schedule your exam appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. After successfully booking your exam appointment, you will receive a Confirmation Email with the appointment details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your exam appointment, you must make those changes 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment date/time. If you do not meet this deadline, you will be unable to modify your appointment.

To modify your appointment, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Log into your Student Portal and accessing the "Proctored Exams" menu option.
  2. Within the "Scheduled" tab, choose the exam appointment you wish to modify and click the "Modify" Button.
  3. You will be redirected to the Proctor Candidate website where you will be able to make the necessary changes. Note: If you are rescheduling your exam, you will be required to schedule your exam appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. After successfully rescheduling or cancelling your exam appointment, you will receive a Confirmation Email with the details of the change.

If you are absent for your exam, you will forfeit your exam eligibility and will be required to call Member Services for assistance. Please note that fees may apply to establish new eligibility in the case of a missed exam.

Unfortunately, you cannot schedule an appointment sooner than 24 hours from the time you attempt to schedule your appointment.

Yes. In the scheduling process, you will be able to choose your desired timezone and the language in which you wish the exam platform to be displayed.

Please note, not all languages are supported for translation of the exam platform.

Yes. PSI supports the ability for you to choose your proctor modality during the scheduling/rescheduling process.

Note: You will be unable to modify your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date/time. Appointment availability may differ between the two options.

TAKING THE EXAM ONLINE WITH PSI

Below are the standard hardware and system requirements:

  1. A functioning web camera and microphone (some web cameras have them built-in)
  2. PSI requires the use of the Google Chrome browser.
  3. The most up to date information on the minimum systems requirements (such as Operating Systems, Resolution and Bandwidth) can be found here.

The following are incompatible:

  • Chromebooks
  • Mobile Devices
  • Tablets/iPads
  • Apple devices released prior to Fall 2020 (without new M1 Chip)

Run a System Compatibility Check on the device and internet you plan to use for your test, to make sure your device is good to go for online proctoring. If you run into any technical issues with the PSI Exam platform, before the start of your exam, you can reach out to PSI Technical Support at 855-436-2039.

PSI uses virtual lock-down browser technology with enhanced communication security and encryption. The lock-down browser restricts your ability to open and use additional windows or programs during the test session. Your personally identifiable information is always protected. PSI only has access to the webcam and audio on your computer until you close the online proctoring software application.

As part of the check-in process, you will be required to take a real-time video of your testing environment to ensure compliance and secure your workspace.

You can test in the convenience of your home. Wherever you test, you should be in a walled room where you will not be disturbed. No one else is permitted in the room with you while you are testing.

Test rules provide guidance for what is acceptable during your test and can be found within the NASM Candidate Information Bulletin. The proctor will use your webcam and on-screen chat to communicate with you during your test. Your test may be paused by the proctor or automatically by the testing platform to investigate suspicious actions or events during the test.

Examples of prohibited behavior may include, but are not limited to:

  • Looking off the screen
  • Mumbling or speaking aloud
  • Using unauthorized materials
  • Interacting with third parties intentionally or unintentionally
  • Leaving the circle of view of the webcam

The proctor will investigate the event and then release your test so that you may continue after re-accepting the terms and conditions. If you have any questions about the pause or release of your test, you can chat with your proctor directly.

Yes. The entire test session is recorded, from when you check in to when you complete the test and close out of the online proctoring application.

Important note: After completing the test, you must fully close the online proctoring application before leaving the view of the webcam. Leaving the view of your webcam for any reason or duration during the test may result in your test session being terminated, and your test results invalidated, even if you have already completed the test.

Run through this final checklist to make sure you are all set for your test:

  • Review the NASM Candidate Information Bulletin that outlines the Exam rules and Guidelines.
  • Make sure you have a dependable device with a webcam and stable internet connection.
  • Run a System Compatibility Check on the device and internet you plan to use for your test, to make sure your device is good to go for online proctoring.

  • With exception to the examination website, all other programs and applications are closed.
  • You have your government-issued photo identification ready to show the proctor. The identification must be valid (not expired) and include your signature. Examples include a driver’s license or a passport. Note: Military IDs and credit cards are not accepted for online proctored tests.
  • You have your CPR/AED Certification ready to show the proctor. The certification must be valid (not expired).
  • Your workstation is clear of any non-approved materials.

Yes, an exam tutorial is provided to you within the online testing platform. We highly recommend that you take the exam tutorial before the exam, so you can become familiar with the exam interface. You can access the tutorial as many times as you wish and the time used for the tutorial will not affect the time allotted for other exams.

PSI will allow you to start your exam launch process up to 30 minutes before your scheduled exam appointment. We recommend utilizing this time in order to complete your pre-exam checklist.

Please note: You will have 15-minutes after your exam appointment start time to connect with the proctor. Failure to do so will result in the exam being marked as a no show, at which point you will be required to contact Member Services on 0333 400 0353.

No, the allotted time for your exam does not begin until the exam has been unlocked by your proctor.

TAKING THE EXAM AT A PSI TESTING CENTER (IN-PERSON)

You can check testing location availability here. You can use this feature as a general guideline to plan your test schedule. Test center availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. The available test dates and time are displayed in real time. We do not guarantee the availability of your preferred test date and time.

Test rules provide guidance for what is acceptable during your test and can be found within the NASM Candidate Information Bulletin.

Examples of prohibited behavior may include, but are not limited to:

  • Reproducing, communicating or transmitting any test content in any form for any purpose. Copying or communicating content is a violation of PSI security policy.
  • Interacting with third parties intentionally or unintentionally
  • Conversing or any other form of communication among candidates is permitted once you enter the examination area.

The proctor will investigate the event and determine the appropriate action.

Run through this final checklist to make sure you are all set for your test:

  • All mobile devices, including cellphones, and children are not allowed in the examination center. No personal items are to enter the testing center. Candidates are encouraged to leave all personal belongings except their keys in their car.

RECERTIFICATION

To support NASM’s commitment to protect health and safety in the USA, the NASM-CPT certification must be recertified every two (2) years if students wish to work there.

The acronym “CEU” stands for Continuing Education Unit. Continuing education programs are intended to promote continued competence, development of knowledge and skills, and enhancement of professional skills and judgment beyond the levels required for entry-level practice.

NASM-CPTs are required to complete 2.0 CEUs (20 contact hours) every two year certification period. This includes 0.1 CEUs from the mandatory CPR/AED certification. You can input and upload your CEU documentation in the recertification portal at any time during your certification period.

An NASM-approved CEU is a course that has been submitted to NASM through a third-party organization and has been awarded CEU value. These organizations are part of NASM’s Provider Program and will note their provider number and CEU value on the certificate of completion that you receive. CEU providers that have not contacted NASM for pre-approval status will require a petition. Petitions allow NASM to review the material covered and make a CEU value determination. NASM offers a 90-day grace period, beyond your CPT Certificate expiration date, to earn CEUs. If CEUs have been completed within your 90 day grace period, you have one-year to submit your paperwork for recertification. Failure to complete the required CEUs within the grace period will require re-examination. If you allow your certification to expire, it will no longer be NCCA accredited in the United States, however it will still be recognised by AIQ & CIMSPA.

CERTIFICATE INFORMATION

An official certificate will be mailed to you within 4–6 weeks after passing your CPT Exam. A web copy of your certificate will be made available within 3 business days of passing your CPT Exam. All web certificates can be printed under the Certificates option within your NASM Student Portal.

NASM SPECIALISATIONS

All Specialisation exams are completed online, through your NASM student portal. Each exam provides (3) initial attempts. Along with all specialisation content and exams are provided an enrollment duration of 365 days from the date of purchase or date of enrollment key activation.

Each Specialisation exam may vary. You can find the information for your exam by accessing the exam enrollment with your NASM student portal.

All Specialisation exams require a passing score of 70% or higher with 3 exam attempts. If you failed your exam, a retest for the exam can be purchased. Please contact Premier Customer Support for additional details regarding pricing and options.

NASM-AFAA CGFI EXAM INFORMATION

Each one of the exams are 120 test questions, in which 20 are research questions and do not count toward or against the final score. Both exam have a 2-hour time limit and you must pass with a 70% or better.

The CGFI content prepares you for the NCCA-accredited exam by providing multiple quizzes throughout the course modules, along with a final practice exam.

The Athletics Fitness and Association of America (AFAA) contracted with Professional Examination Service (ProExam) to conduct a practice analysis of Certified Group Fitness Instructor (CGFIs) in 2016.

This practice analysis study defines the current knowledge, skills and abilities that must be demonstrated by entry-level credential holders to safely and successfully practice. This study also serves as the “blueprint” for determining the content (performance domains) for the certification exam(s). The AFAA CGFI exam blueprint can be found here.

The Candidate Handbook is a comprehensive overview of the NASM/AFAA CGFI and is required reading before taking the exam. CGFI EXAM/TESTING INFORMATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Premier Global NASM recommends the following organisations: Red Cross, St John’s Ambulance, Premier Training First Aid, First Aid for Life, Association of First Aiders, Safety First Aid Training and or any other OfQual recognised provider. Currently, all CPR/AED require hands-on assessment.

The standard requirement for a CPR/AED course requires that the training include a hands-on assessment; Hybrid courses are accepted.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, AFAA is temporarily waiving the hands on skills assessment requirement and accepting online only CPR/AED courses. For your convenience, we offer an option to get your CPR/AED certification online with NASM|AFAA. This waiver applies to exam candidates and professionals recertifying their credentials. This waiver will be in effect until the CDC and government recommendations for social distancing have been lifted in the United States. Once the social distancing orders have been lifted, there will be a 60 day window before the hands on requirement will be reinstated.

AFAA recommends that anyone who certified or recertified during the Waiver Period obtain the hands-on skills assessment once available to avoid any insurance or liability issues which could arise due to the lack of such training.

SCHEDULING YOUR EXAM WITH PSI

You will be eligible to schedule your exam typically within 1-2 business days after signing up for your NASM or AFAA Exam. You can schedule your exam and choose your testing method (in-person or remote) by following the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Student Portal and access the "Proctored Exams" menu option
  2. Within the "Unscheduled" tab, choose the exam you wish to schedule for and click the "Schedule" button
  3. You will be redirected to the Proctor Candidate website where you will be able to begin the scheduling process. Note: You will be required to schedule your exam appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. After successfully booking your exam appointment, you will receive a Confirmation Email with the appointment details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your exam appointment, you must make those changes 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment date/time. If you do not meet this deadline, you will be unable to modify your appointment.

To modify your appointment, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Log into your Student Portal and accessing the "Proctored Exams" menu option.
  2. Within the "Scheduled" tab, choose the exam appointment you wish to modify and click the "Modify" button.
  3. You will be redirected to the Proctor Candidate website where you will be able to make the necessary changes. Note: If you are rescheduling your exam, you will be required to schedule your exam appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. After successfully rescheduling or cancelling your exam appointment, you will receive a Confirmation Email with the details of the change.

If you are absent for your exam, you will forfeit your exam eligibility and will be required to call Member Services on 0333 400 0353 for assistance.

Yes. In the scheduling process, you will be able to choose your desired timezone and the language in which you wish the exam platform to be displayed.

Yes. PSI supports the ability for you to choose your proctor modality during the scheduling/rescheduling process.

Note: You will be unable to modify your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date/time and appointment availability may differ between the two options.

TAKING THE EXAM ONLINE WITH PSI

Below are the standard hardware and system requirements:

  1. A functioning web camera and microphone (some web cameras have them built-in)
  2. PSI requires the use of the Google Chrome browser.
  3. The most up to date information on the minimum systems requirements (such as Operating Systems, Resolution and Bandwidth) can be found here.

  • Apple devices released prior to Fall 2020 (without new M1 Chip)

Run a System Compatibility Check on the device and internet you plan to use for your test, to make sure your device is good to go for online proctoring. PSI uses virtual lock-down browser technology with enhanced communication security and encryption. The lock-down browser restricts your ability to open and use additional windows or programs during the test session. Your personally identifiable information is always protected. PSI only has access to the webcam and audio on your computer until you close the online proctoring software application.

As part of the check-in process, you will be required to take a real-time video of your testing environment to ensure compliance and secure your workspace.

You can test in the convenience of your home. Wherever you test, you should be in a walled room where you will not be disturbed. No one else is permitted in the room with you while you are testing.

Test rules provide guidance for what is acceptable during your test and can be found within the AFAA Candidate Information Bulletin. The proctor will use your webcam and on-screen chat to communicate with you during your test. Your test may be paused by the proctor or automatically by the testing platform to investigate suspicious actions or events during the test.

Examples of prohibited behavior may include, but are not limited to:

  • Looking off the screen
  • Mumbling or speaking aloud
  • Using unauthorized materials
  • Interacting with third parties intentionally or unintentionally
  • Leaving the circle of view of the webcam

The proctor will investigate the event and then release your test so that you may continue after re-accepting the terms and conditions. If you have any questions about the pause or release of your test, you can chat with your proctor directly.

Yes. The entire test session is recorded, from when you check in to when you complete the test and close out of the online proctoring application.

Important note: After completing the test, you must fully close the online proctoring application before leaving the view of the webcam. Leaving the view of your webcam for any reason or duration during the test may result in your test session being terminated, and your test results invalidated, even if you have already completed the test.

Run through this final checklist to make sure you are all set for your test:

  • Make sure you have a dependable device with a webcam and stable internet connection.

  • Your workstation is clear of any non-approved materials.

Yes, an exam tutorial is provided to you within the online testing platform. We highly recommend that you take the exam tutorial before the exam, so you can become familiar with the exam interface. You can access the tutorial as many times as you wish and the time used for the tutorial will not affect the time allotted for other exams.

PSI will allow you to start your exam launch process up to 30 minutes before your scheduled exam appointment. We recommend utilizing this time in order to complete your pre-exam checklist.

Please note: You will have 15-minutes after your exam appointment start time to connect with the proctor. Failure to do so will result in the exam being marked as a no show, at which point you will be required to contact Member Services on 0333 400 0353.

No, the allotted time for your exam does not begin until the exam has been unlocked by your proctor.

0845 FAQS

Both 0845 and 0844 are in a range classed as NTS (number translation services) and designed for businesses, government departments and ‘other entities’ using services like press1 at national level.

  • 0845 are known as ‘local NTS’ because call rates are similar to local rates from a BT line.
  • 0844 are known as ‘fixed rate NTS’ because rates are the same at any time of day or night.

The current BT rates (at the time of publishing these FAQs) are as follows but charges from other networks will vary:

  • 0844 – 5.1p (Daytime) 5.1p (Evening) 5.1p (Weekend)
  • 0845 – 4p (Daytime) 1p (Evening) 1p (Weekend)
  • (charges include VAT and are rounded to nearest 10th of a pence)

Each mobile operator dictates their own pricing to these number ranges and charges may vary based on your price plan. The costs per minute for 0844/0845 are normally between 20p and 40p per minute if not bundled with free minutes. Often call plan rates are printed on the reverse of your bill. If you are in doubt contact your mobile provider.

Yes you can. The 020 number will still connect you to Premier Global NASM in the normal way.

By using an 0845 number it will allow Premier Global NASM to manage calls in a way that means customers can usually speak to someone faster. Although it is unlikely that the Premier Global NASM offices would need to be closed within its normal working hours, in the event of this type of emergency, 0845 numbers enable us to re-route calls, giving a more consistent service. Many other organisations use 0845 numbers for the same reasons of customer service and manageability. Premier Global NASM does not in anyway use 0845 numbers to make money via revenue sharing.
