This is unique and exciting course will provide expert training in the traditional art of power club training. Club training slipped out of the limelight in modern times, but is now experiencing resurgence. The flowing, circular patterns of club training look fantastic and provide a workout like no other piece of equipment. The exercises are based around human movement patterns and as such will serve well to compliment other training modalities.

- Introduction and history of clubs for training
- Benefits of power club training and human movement patterns
- Power club load and torque
- Power club exercises covering push, pull, rotate, squat, bend and 1 leg
- Power club program design
Entry Requirements
A REPs accredited gym instructor qualification is required for acceptance on this course. It would be recommended that students are actively working in the health and fitness industry with a range of clients.
