This certificate is a qualification in its own right but also provides a gateway entrance to the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training. Both courses form the Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, which is our most popular Premier Global course.

This is an entry level qualification, so students can enrol on this course without any prior or existing qualifications. Beginners are welcome. However, there is an age restriction. You must be at least 16 years of age for this course, and you also have a reasonable level of fitness. Reading, writing and numeracy skills are required. An experience of free weights and resistance machine is desirable, but not essential.Enquire Now
The assessment process for this certificate includes practical assessments, multiple choice theory exams and a number of worksheets.

To suit individual needs and circumstances, time pressures and preferred learning style, this course is available to study on either a full-time or part-time basis. Depending on the option you choose, the course can be completed as quickly as three weeks. It’s important that students have access to the internet as both full time and part-time formats requires home and online study.
Full-time (weekday) – 5 days live, face-to-face training and structured home/online study spread over three weeks.
Part-time (weekend) – 5 days live, face-to-face training spread over five weekends and supported by structured home/online study.
