NASM Senior Fitness Specialisation course identifies the growing need of a fitness regiment to help fend off the onset of most chronic illnesses and conditions, plus align the benefits of flexibility, core, balance, and reactive training program for fall prevention and the help maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle.
The NASM Senior Fitness Specialisation is a CPD and you’ll earn a level four equivalent qualification, along with an NCCA accredited USA based certification.
This course is hosted entirely online via the NASM US website. There is also an online exam held at the conclusion of the course.
