FAQ

The conference is October 13-16, 2020. Please note that the conference is held in the United States and the sessions will be in US Mountain Time. However, post-event recordings of all sessions will be available for 30 days.

This is a fitness conference, first and foremost, so you should wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, computer audio, a webcam (if you would like to join with video) and an updated flash player.

Many workshops are hands-on and will require movement, make sure you have plenty of space in your home to move.

Some sessions may require the use of towels, small dumbbells, resistance bands or foam rollers. All equipment requirements will be listed in the session's description.

You may also want to have a notebook for taking notes during sessions (though there will be a place for you to take notes in the virtual platform itself).

It’s always a good idea to have a reusable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the day.

You need to be at least 18 years of age to attend Optima 2020. To make sure the event remains the best environment for learning, we invite only those 18 and over to participate.

The 4-Day Virtual Registration for 2020 is £209. If you spend over £499, get access for £99.

You can start making your session selections during the registration process. You can always log back in and update your selections as the event gets closer.

Each speaker has a unique plan for their presentation, so each session will be different. Many speakers handouts or presentations will be available for download.

You can modify your session selections by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or by clicking “Already Registered?” anywhere on the Optima 2020 website. You’ll be asked to put in your email and confirmation number to pull up your registration details and, from there, you can click “Modify” to make any adjustments. Just be sure to click all the way through and hit “Submit” once you’re done making your changes. You should receive a “Modification Confirmation” email shortly after submitting your changes.

We encourage attendees to make their final session selections as early as possible since sessions do fill up. However, changes can still be made up until 24 hours prior to the start time of the session.
